We mutually agreed that there was no interpretive dispute between the parties at the national level as to the meaning and intent of.Article 28 of the National Agreement. Whether the grievant's calculator malfunctioned is a noninterpretive question to be decided on the facts in these particular grievances. Accordingly, as further agreed, these cases are hereby remanded to Step 3 for further processing, if necessary by the parties at that level.
