The issue in this grievance is whether the language in Article 28.lE regarding audits no less frequently than once every four months equates to a 120-day time frame. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full settlement of this case:
The parties at this level agree that Article 28, Section 1.E,states "within four months" and not 120 days.
