This grievance concerns whether the grievant is responsible for a shortage found in his SSPC account. We mutually agreed that this grievance does not fairly present an interpretive dispute. Shortages in the assigned account of the SSPC Technician shall be handled in accordance with, the provisions of Part 622, M-74 Handbook. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded for appropriate application.
