The question raised in this grievance involved whether the duty assignment given to a carrier who had lost his SF-46, and who was also in a light duty status violated the National Agreement. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We agreed that the issues involved in this case are suitable for regional determination. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at step 3 for further processing and arbitration if necessary.
