The facts indicate that the Nutterfort-Stonewood Branch was converted from a classified status to a contract branch. The full-time clerk assigned to that branch was transferred to the main office which is 4.5 miles from the branch in question. Based on the above facts, we do not agree that advance notification at the National level is required pursuant to Article XXXII, Section 2, of the National Agreement. In addition, the provisions of Article XXXII, Section 1 were not violated. Therefore, the grievance is denied.
