The issue in this grievance is whether the grievant was given a proper evaluation on August 21, 1982, by her supervisor. After further review of the matter, we mutually agreed that there was no national interpretive issue fairly presented as to the meaning and intent of Article 34 of the National Agreement. As previously addressed in Step 4 grievances H1C-1J-C 2016/2572, the Postal Service does not have work standards for the Computer Forwarding System. The cited Step 4 grievance should be reviewed along with the June 10, 1981, Headquarters Retail Operations Division instructions when re-discussing this grievance at Step 3. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for further development and consideration, if necessary, by the parties.
