The issue in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement when Quality Control Review checks were conducted in the CFS Unit. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the subject grievance is settled based on the following:
Management has not established any work or time standards in the CFS Unit. The labeling instructions will not be used as a basis for discipline. This document contains two Article 34 related issues; a Clerk Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 1 and a Maintenance Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 2.
