The issue in this grievance is whether the use of individual disks in the CFS unit violated the National Agreement. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to settle this case as follows: The Postal Service has not established any work or time standards in the CFS units. The use of individual system disks are not for disciplinary purposes. The parties at this level agree that management may use individual disks for quality control purposes as long as disciplinary action is not based thereon. Work and/or time standards are established at the national level.
