The question in this grievance is whether management is using the MOD II reports in conflict with Section 110 of the M-33 Handbook. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement· of this case:
Supervisors must not refer to the productivity report when discussing productivity with craft employees, nor may supervisors use the report to intimidate or threaten employees.
