The question in this grievance is whether or not management violates Article XXXIV of the National Agreement when management monitors an individual employee's performance after Manual Distribution Improvement Program training. In our opinion , the question in this grievance does not fairly present an interpretive question. Supervisors have every right to monitor the performance of employees. This is not harassment or the establishment of standards. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
