We found no interpretive issue· present in this dispute. The completion of an After Period Cost Study data sheet, as described in this grievance, is not a work and/or time standards system cognizable under Article 34. Accordingly, as further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for further processing, if required by the parties at that level.
