The issue in this grievance is whether management improperly recorded employee names on the SQS reports. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this case:
The subject form is not used to measure individual performance, but is utilized solely to isolate problem areas that are due to mechanical or operator errors. This information cannot be used as a basis for discipline, rather it is used to improve the efficiency of the MPLSM operation.
