The issue in this grievance is whether travel time is proper when management sends a PTF to another station. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. Part-time flexibles should not be required to end their tour and then report to another station to continue working without being compensated, as provided for in Part 438.132 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual.
