The question in this grievance is whether the grievant received proper seniority credit upon returning to the position of Mail Distributor PS-4 in the clerk craft. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of this case:
The grievant will begin a new period of seniority, effective the date of his assignment to the Mail Distributor position.
