The issue in this case is whether management violated Article XXXVII by posting craft duty assignments on a monthly basis. It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:
The Postal Service may post residual bid vacancies monthly provided no assignment has been vacant more than 21 days, is not going to be reverted or is not being held pursuant to Article 12.
