After thorough discussion of this grievance, the parties at the National level agree that the position of Office Staff Assistant was improperly posted and filled in this case. In this regard, the position shall be vacated. The parties further agree that other issues involved are not of a nationally interpretive nature. Any further discussion or resolution should be between the parties at the local level.
