The question raised in this grievance involved whether the duty assignment of a 204B detailee should have been reposted. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. Whether a detail meets the requirements of Article 37.3.A.7. can only be determined based on individual fact circumstances. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if necessary.
