The question raised in this grievance involved whether the procedure followed in assigning an employee to a 204b detail violated Article 37.3.A.7. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no National interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. A determination as to whether the employee in question was detailed in excess of four months can only be made based on a review of the fact circumstances involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if necessary.
