The issue in this case is whether the grievant was properly denied a Clerk, Finance Station (PS-6) position. Based upon the facts presented in our respective files, we mutually agreed that the qualification Standard (Clerk, Finance Station, PS-6, 2320b) was properly applied in this instance.
