The question in this grievance is whether or not management violated the 1981 National Agreement by placing employees in new assignments during the month of December 1982. After reviewing the information in the file, we find no violation of the National Agreement. Article 37, Section F, does not preclude management from placing employees in new assignments during December, if it is reasonable and economically feasible to do so. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
