The issue in this grievance is whether management utilized the proper procedures to fill senior qualified positions. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to the following as full settlement of this case:
1. Future selection procedures for bargaining-unit positions shall be followed in accordance with the National Agreement and the provisions of EL-303.
2. There are no provisions in EL-303 for interviewing bidders for senior qualified positions.
