The issue in this grievance is whether management properly required the second senior bidder to respond to the "B" elements when bidding a Distribution Clerk, KP-12 position. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following
constitutes full settlement of this case:
Proficiency requirements; i.e., "B elements" are not required when filling a Distribution Clerk, KP-12 position.
