The issue in this grievance is whether a job posting which includes a rotating schedule must reflect the actual non scheduled days. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this case:
When future jobs are posted with rotating days off, the vacancy announcement shall specifically indicate which cycle of rotating days the position requires.
