This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether or not an employee temporarily added to an LSM crew should be added to the bottom portion of the random crew listing. In the Step 4 officials' opinion, the M-16 Handbook was silent on how to assign employees to the EDIT list that have one (1) day assignments to an LSM crew. When employees are assigned to an LSM crew for a short duration, and are placed on the random EDIT list, they should be assigned the next number at the bottom of the list.
