Non-Traditional Full-Time Regulars (NTFTs)

Non-Traditional Full-time (NTFT) duty assignments are those that have weekly schedules of 30-48 hours (see JCIM, Article 7.1.A). NTFT assignments are not allowed in Function 1 Mail Processing. In Function 4, clerk NTFT duty assignments are limited nationally to eight (8) percent of all Function 4 career clerks, minus the POStPlan office career complement.
