On June 23, 2020 at 3:30 pm EDT, the Industrial Relations Department will be hosting a webinar on the Electronic Grievance System (EGS).  The webinar will last approximately one hour with a question and answer period at the end of the presentation.  The webinar will cover the more advanced features of EGS for administrators and support staff.  This will include adding and removing users, access levels, resetting passwords, reports, and explanation of link technology as well as other information.  This course is designed for those who will be doing the work behind the scenes to manage the local EGS system and support staff who may be assigned these tasks.
