Ed Schultz to Speak at APWU Editors’ Conference

Talk-show host Ed Schultz is scheduled to speak at the opening session of the APWU National Postal Press Association conference in Orlando FL on Aug. 11, and union members in the area are invited to attend, PPA President Tony Carobine has announced.

The host of “The Ed Show” on MSNBC and “The Ed Schultz Show” radio program is an outspoken champion of workers known for his no-nonsense style.

Members of the APWU and other unions who are not registered for the conference must RSVP by Aug. 9 if they plan to attend. To do so, send an e-mail to ppa@apwupostalpress.org or call 906-774-9599. Please include the number of people planning to attend.

Schultz is scheduled to speak at 9 a.m. at the Convention Center of the DoubleTree Hotel at 5780 Major Boulevard.
