Postal Workers, Supporters Protest Across Country

APWU members and supporters ramped up the fight to Stop Staples and its bid to open postal counters in 1,500 stores nationwide at events across the country on April 24, a National Day of Action. Protests were held in 56 locations in 27 states.

APWU Nurses Approve Contract

In a unanimous vote of 33-0, members of the National Postal Professional Nurses-APWU approved a Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with the USPS on April 23. Forty-three ballots were mailed.
