Rate: $109/night + tax, including $37/night resort fee.

Hotel Reservations open May 19, 2025. Details regarding how to make hotel reservations will be online starting May 19.

The resort fee includes:

• Unlimited local phone calls
• Two (2) guest admission per day to the fitness center
• In-room internet for up to two (2) devices per room, per day

 

Hotel Reservation Cut off date: Monday, Sept. 1, 2025 or when the block is full, whichever comes first. 

Hotel Policies: The hotel does not allow more than four (4) people per room. 

A valid major credit card is required for all reservations. Checks can be used however, they must be received by the hotel at least thirty (30) days in advance of the arrival date on the reservations.  Checks will not be accepted onsite.  If a local or state organization wishes to pay via check, please contact Hannah Decker at hdecker@apwu.org for additional information.

Upon check in, for all reservations, there will be a $50 per day hold on all credit and debit cards to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred.

Classes Offered:	Classes are offered by the Clerk, Maintenance, Motor Vehicle Service and Support Services Divisions.  A full overview schedule can be found below.  A detailed listing of classes provided by each division can be found on their corresponding event pages above.
Registration Fees:	$85.00 until Friday, August 20, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST $135.00 after Friday, August 20, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST
Onsite Conference Check in:	Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday, October 6, 2025, from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
Registration Cutoff:	There is no registration cutoff date for this event.

Motor Vehicle Division Schedule

Monday, October 6, 2025 – Wednesday, October 8, 2025

The Motor Vehicle Service Division schedule will be slightly different than in previous years. Rather than registering for different workshops put on by the MVS Division, individuals will register for the Motor Vehicle Service Division Meeting, which will take place Monday, October 6 through Wednesday, October 8 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. The topics that will be discussed are:

• • Annual Bidding, Maximization Reports, Hold Downs, Article 39.2.11A
• • PVS Job Descriptions

The Motor Vehicle Service Division Reception and Dinner will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased when registering for the All-Craft Conference.

Support Services Division Schedule

The Support Services Division Conference schedule will be slightly different than in previous years. Rather than registering for different workshops put on by the Support Services Division, individuals will register for the Support Services Division Conference, which will take place Monday, October 6 through Wednesday, October 8 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
