EGS Down for Necessary Maintenance June 5

The Electronic Grievance System (EGS) will be offline for scheduled maintenance this weekend. Beginning Friday, June 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time and running through midnight, the EGS team will migrate the system to new hardware, and access may be unavailable or intermittent during that time

End Saturday, June 6, 2026, at midnight Friday, June 5, 2026, at 9:00 p.m.

During this maintenance window, access to the system may be unavailable or intermittent while the EGS team migrates databases, application servers, document storage, email services, and related infrastructure to new hardware.

While the EGS team anticipates completing the migration ahead of schedule, the team is reserving the full maintenance window to allow sufficient time for testing and validation to ensure a smooth transition.

This upgrade provides enhanced performance, increased capacity, improved reliability, and positions the system for future growth.

The Industrial Relations Department and our EGS partners appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important infrastructure enhancement. The EGS team will work diligently to minimize downtime and restore service as quickly as possible.
